About 20 students and staff converged to downtown Sacramento for 1 week of seeking God in the city. It was an excellent group who fully embraced each Scripture study, learning experience, and service opportunity. I am so glad that God worked it out to have such a great group learn together. I was so proud of the effort they put in and the ways they took risks together and with the people and groups they met throughout the week.
Many of you were also a great help in making the week happen -- from sharing your showers to providing food to sharing your own story -- many thanks!
It was a great last big thing for me to be involved with before baby haight arrives.
