life is full these days
we welcomed ET into our family five weeks ago (IT'S BEEN FIVE WEEKS ALREADY!?!)
two little people keep you busier than 1 little person
not just 1 time more, but exponentially
currently there are two sleeping boys
why am i not soaking in a bathtub or napping myself
well. i am dumb
but there's nothing like having some quiet all to yourself
especially after a particularly challenging morning (which is pretty atypical, to be honest)
i'm thankful for the new fullness of our life (though mornings like this morning aren't necessarily what i thrive on)
i'm thankful because our life is good
we are loved
we love one another
and we have much more than we could ever, ever need
and i read this on a friend's blog today and it resonated deep within my soul
may it fill you today too...
may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit

5 weeks?? Don't grow too much wee ET, at least before I can hold your sweet little self :) Thankful you are having some sweet moments amidst the adjustment of 2 littles in the home. I'll be calling!
